Han Oak welcomes winegrower Chisa Bize from Savigny-les-Beaune for one night in Portland Oregon.
Domaine Simon Bize has been growing grapes and making wine for more than 130 years. Today, the family Domaine has centered revolutionary farming practices while making peace with Burgundy's traditionalism under Chisa’s guidance since 2013.
In partnership with Becky Wasserman & Co, Paul Wasserman will join Chisa to present 3 flights featuring 9 wines from the Domaine paired alongside a 12 course dinner by Han Oak.
