Hell Chicken is the project of nomad chef Lee Desrosiers
Hell Chicken brings people together to enjoy food that is true to its origins. Menus are designed for parties from one-four. Rally your food and fire-loving friends and join us for an amazing meal!
Chef Lee’s grill is designed in a way to allow the smoke to flavor the hens while the heat of the fire cooks them slowly. The birds, selected with a practiced eye from local farms, are handled with care to coax maximum flavor and create optimal texture. Finishing them in dutch ovens and then grilling them, keeps them juicy and allows them to develop a crispier skin. These meals are served simply, with a rotating roster of locally sourced vegetable side dishes, and crispy fried rice, also cooked around the unique grill apparatus.
-Our Winter seating allows for a few more tables outside in our fully enclosed and heated courtyard. Walk-ins are welcome and we’ll do our best to accommodate all guests without reservations, but we encourage you to come early (5:00) or later in the evening (8:30)

We reserve 8-10 seats on a walk-in basis and we start the wait list at 5:00pm. We will seat the first group of reservations and will start seating our walk-ins guests as there's room.
